Schedule

The season starts with tryouts (September - October) and will end in early March.

Practices

Practice will be held at local Everett School District gyms and begin immediately after the teams have been selected. Practices will typically be 1.5 to 2 hours long, 2 days per week.

WESCO GAMES

League games typically start the first Saturday in December. Home games will be played locally. Away games are generally close to the Everett area at respective WESCO high schools. Double-headers (two games) are common and schedules will be made available. We play other WESCO feeder programs. Some of the participants include: Jackson, Kamiak, Glacier Peak, Lake Stevens, Shorewood, and Mount Vernon, etc.

There will be a WESCO Championship Playoff Tournament at the end of the league season – the
first weekend in March. Our season will conclude after this tournament. 

Playing time

There is no minimum play-time rule in the WESCO Youth Basketball League. This is a select program and play-time is earned. Please keep in mind the end result of this program is for players to play high school basketball, not how many minutes are played in a particular game. If you have a concern regarding your son’s play time, please utilize the 24-hour rule before discussing your concerns with your son’s coach. (The 24-hour rule means – please wait 24 hours after a game before contacting the coach for a discussion.)
